In my position as executive director, I work with the board of directors in leading the organization in financial growth, long-range planning, community relations and overall administration in accordance with the Resonance mission. I received my undergraduate degree from OSU and completed graduate work at the University of Oklahoma. I love coming to work each day and hearing the laughter of our clients spilling into my office; it serves as a constant reminder that our clients are on the road to success when they are happy and engaging in our services.

As development director, I educate others about Resonance and gather supporters for our cause. I am an OSU graduate with a sales management background. I love it when I can help others see how strong our clients really are.

As clinical director, I provide supervision for the clinical staff, facilitate group and individual counseling, ensure quality outcomes through evidenced based practices, and maintain rapport with community partners to help coordinate the best care possible for our clients. The most rewarding aspect of working here is witnessing lives transformed through treatment. I received a bachelor’s degree in English from Dillard University and a master’s degree from the University of Oklahoma in Human Relations.

Reentry Director, LMSW, State-certified ADSAC Assessor/Facilitator

I work with women reentering our communities after incarceration. I coordinate our Choosing to Change program at Turley Residential Center, teaching the women a variety of skills in relapse prevention, health and wellness, job readiness and education,enabling them to become well-rounded individuals able to successfully integrate back into society.
I received an associate degree in Education from TCC in 2010, completing a Bachelor of Social Work at Northeastern State University in 2012 and a Masters of Social Work in 2014 from the University of Oklahoma. I began working in social services in 1999, first as a volunteer, then as a case manager serving people dealing with HIV/AIDS. Since that time I have worked with people struggling with addictions and mental health disorders.

Upon my retirement from American Airlines after 21 years of service, I am now fulfilling one of my life goals–the goal of helping others. I have been in the counseling field for eight years. I received a BS in Organizational Leadership, an MS in Business and an MA in counseling from Southern Nazarene University. The best part of my job is seeing the transformation clients make in their lives. It is a privilege to work with the clients we serve at Resonance and the entire Resonance staff.

As a therapist, I provide individual and group counseling to help women cope with the struggles of addiction by identifying and utilizing their individual strengths. It is my goal to foster an environment of hope and support for clients to use as a springboard for personal growth throughout their journey of recovery. I received a bachelor’s degree in English from Oral Roberts University and a master’s degree in Counseling from Northeastern State University.

Reentry Program Case Manager, BHCMII

I work as a Case Manager for women reentering our communities after incarceration, linking the clients with resources in their area, including employment, housing, education, financial support, and basic needs. I am a certified Behavioral Health Case Manager II with a Bachelors in Social Work from NSU, hoping to complete the Master’s Program for Social Work at the University of Oklahoma in the near future. I love working with the women at Resonance and find my work to be extremely rewarding and humbling.

As a Case Manager I link our clinical clients to services in the community that help stabilize and re-integrate them back into the community. I am currently a student at Northeastern State University working on my Bachelors in Social Work and will graduate in May 2017. Afterwards I will go onto the University of Oklahoma to obtain a Masters in Social Work. Empowering women and helping them succeed is something I am very passionate about and I can’t think of a better organization to work for. I am truly grateful to work with such amazing women!

I am inspired by the perseverance of the women we work with and aim to encourage true transformation through the services offered.

I am a LPC Candidate/Mentor Coordinator, and a Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager II, trained as a Certified Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Specialist practicing in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As an LPC Candidate, I lead education groups that focus on promoting the 12-step recovery model, but I am also well-versed in 12-step alternatives. As a Mentor Coordinator I help in finding female mentors for the women in our re-entry program. I love to serve as an advocate for not only my clients but also organizations that promote and believe in recovery. I am a lifelong learner and am happy to work for one of Tulsa’s best out-patient treatment centers.
